By creating an account or using GopValues ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information, including your name and contact details, to use the Platform.
GopValues is a conservative civic engagement platform. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that you consent to receive political messages, campaign information, candidate updates, election alerts, Get Out The Vote (GOTV) reminders, fundraising appeals, and related conservative movement communications via email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
This consent covers communications from GopValues, affiliated Republican clubs, Turning Point USA chapters, candidate campaigns, and partner organizations. You may adjust your notification preferences or unsubscribe from specific email types at any time, but doing so does not terminate your general consent to receive platform communications while your account remains active.
By installing the GopValues mobile app or enabling browser notifications, you authorize GopValues to send push notifications to your device for election alerts, nearby deals, GOTV reminders, voting status updates, club messages, and breaking news. You can manage or disable push notifications in your device settings or within the Platform's Notification Preferences.
GopValues partners with third-party advertisers to display sponsored content, promotions, and messages across the Platform. Advertisers pay GopValues for these placements. Advertisers may receive aggregated or anonymized audience insights to help target and measure their campaigns. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used in connection with advertising.
Advertisers purchasing ad placements on GopValues agree to pay all fees as described in their advertising agreement or campaign order. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their billing information and for all charges incurred. Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis. GopValues reserves the right to suspend or remove advertising campaigns that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Aggregated, anonymized voting and civic engagement data may be shared with approved data partners and organizations for research, outreach, and mobilization purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content. GopValues reserves the right to moderate, flag, suspend, or remove content and accounts that violate these Terms.
GopValues may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform's communication tools. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting admin@gopvalues.com.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GopValues does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GopValues shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
