When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and voter registration information. We also collect activity data such as posts, messages, poll responses, and votes cast within the Platform.
We use your information to verify your identity, operate member features (email, chat, clubs, calendars), send you communications you've opted into, and improve the Platform.
By creating an account and joining GopValues, you acknowledge that this is a conservative civic engagement platform and you consent to receive political messages, campaign information, candidate updates, election alerts, Get Out The Vote (GOTV) reminders, fundraising appeals, and related conservative movement communications via email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
You may opt out of specific notification types at any time from your Profile or Notification Preferences page, or by following the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of certain alerts does not cancel your membership or your general consent to receive platform communications.
GopValues sends push notifications to your mobile device and browser for election alerts, nearby business deals, GOTV reminders, voting status updates, club messages, and breaking news. When you install our mobile app or enable browser notifications, you authorize GopValues to send these push messages to your device.
You can manage or disable push notifications at any time in your device settings or in your Notification Preferences within the Platform. Disabling push notifications does not affect your email or in-app message consent.
GopValues generates revenue by selling advertising placements, sponsored content, and proximity-based deal alerts to third-party advertisers and business partners. Advertisers pay GopValues for these placements and for aggregated audience insights.
We do not sell your personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or phone number) to advertisers. We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information (for example, voting participation rates by region) with advertisers and data partners for audience insights, research, and outreach purposes. Advertisers may also serve targeted content based on non-personally-identifiable data such as general location or platform activity category.
If you make a payment to GopValues (for example, as an advertiser purchasing ad placements), we collect billing information necessary to process the transaction, including business name, contact name, email, and payment method details. Payment card data is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
Aggregated, anonymized voting and civic engagement data may be shared with approved data partners and organizations for research, outreach, and mobilization purposes. No individual's personally identifiable information is shared with data partners without explicit consent.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except: (a) with your consent, (b) with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. email delivery, calling services), (c) in aggregated/anonymized form as described above, or (d) when required by law.
You can manage notification preferences from your Profile page, including club messages, news, elections, and poll notifications. You may request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@gopvalues.com.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
